This place was absolutely beautiful - even better than the photos.  The outdoor area was very private and serene.  We were there for a month and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay which made everything smooth and stress free.  The location was great - 10 minutes to town and 10 minutes to the beach.  We are planning on coming back every year and will definitely stay again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Je recommande vivement ! Seul petit bémol : la piscine était en travaux, et il aurait été agréable de le savoir avant de confirmer la réservation. À part ça, l’appartement était parfait !

Pasamos dos días increíbles y muy tranquilos, nos perdimos un poco al llegar por qué Maps nos dio camino alterno pero después por la mañana vimos que era súper fácil, el estudio estaba muy limpio y el edificio tenía amenidades perfectas para una escapada en pareja descansar y disfrutar. Cocinamos y vimos pelis , después bajamos a la piscina, nos tocó un fin de semana con un clima muy chulo y por la mañana fuimos al gym solo para nosotros El anfitrión fue súper atento y claro con la información y estuvo pendiente.

The property was very well kept, clean, friendly, and easily accessible. The location was perfect, central to the Chedraui supermarket and just minutes from the downtown walking strip. The staff at reception was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, everything was good, and I would definitely recommend this place.

We had such a relaxing time here! The private jacuzzi was so nice! The bed is so comfortable, kitchen is perfect for basic cooking, small but spacious layout. You do have to purchase your own drinking water & it is far to walk places - I’d recommend renting bikes! Having a pool downstairs is a game changer, perfect for those humid days when you need to cool down but don’t want to go too far!

El lugar está más hermoso en persona que en las fotos. Se respira paz y tranquilidad. Si llevas auto tienes que dejarlo en la calle en un espacio de terreno afuera, pero es seguro porque hay guardia a toda hora, a demás que Tulum es tranquilo. Me encantó la estancia, ojalà vuelva pronto!

The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The host was very responsive, with excellent communication throughout my stay. He did his best to resolve any issues quickly and always kept me informed about any maintenance happening in the building, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable once inside, even though there’s quite a bit of construction around the area. The only downside is the access road — it’s a bit bumpy. A little tip: ask your taxi driver to take Avenida Coba until you see Carl’s Jr., then turn right from there. That route is much smoother and avoids the rough back roads some drivers take by default. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The host’s professionalism and attentiveness made a big difference. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum who values great communication and a peaceful stay once inside.

Very cool spot, especially w/ the private pool. Hosts were always very responsive and communicated very well. WiFi can be a bit spotty upstairs, but if you stay downstairs while working you’ll be fine. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants in the area as well.

Shoulder season (October 2025) peaceful, safe, ample paved parking lot. Multiple great restaurants within 1/4 mile walk. Wider area is very accessible to bike/moto/ATV/taxi of which there are many available at the main road by Mayan Monkey next door. Note that there is a section of dirt road between the parking lot and the main road, full of potholes. It will unavoidably damage the average sedan so make sure to get extra rental insurance or rent a jeep.

Dette var et fint sted å bo. Quentin var hjelpsom og tok hendvendelser raskt, veldig fornøyd med service. For vårt tilfelle hadde vi ikke varmt vann første dagen, men det ble ordnet opp i raskt. Leiligheta komplekset er omgitt av andre byggeprosjekter som tok litt vekk fra sjarmen med for eksempel taket/bassenget. Ellers helt topp og kan anbefales.

This spot was exactly what I needed to help me focus on work and health. They had awesome communication and helped me with an unexpected and challenging event which I am extremely grateful for. The room was super clean, bed was very comfortable, linens were clean and comfortable. AC worked like a dream. I took advantage of the gym, the tub and the seclusion of the area. I will be back. Super séjour dans un endroit propre, calme, bien equipé et proche de tout. Nous avions une voiture de location mais il y a des solutions à proximité pour les personnes qui souhaiteraient se déplacer à vélo ou scooter/quad. Avoir une superette juste en bas de l'immeuble est aussi un plus en cas de besoin😉. Bref, que du positif. Quentin a été très réactif à chacune de nos questions et le fait de nous communiquer un max d'info dès la réservation validée est très appréciable. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus👍

A well-organized, super clean and aesthetically pleasing place with friendly and straight-forward communication with the host throughout our stay. After a little bit of confusion we found the place and check-in was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. No screens on the glass slider (basically the whole outdoor facing wall) meant that evening breezes would likely introduce insects - one possible downside of this room. Bed was a little short for my husband. Didn't get to the gym - but enjoyed the beautiful pool and expansive seating area! A wonderful value, and we will come back again.

Looked exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable bed, beautiful large mirror, great lighting, I felt comfortable and at home right away. Fantastic immediate communication, great cleaning crew, squeaky clean apartment and home, incl. the rooftop space. They even provided water and coffee in kitchen upon arrival. Every wish or question I had they responded to me right away. Fantastic location; I will be coming back to this beautiful lovely home.

we stayed in the first floor, the streets surrounding the unit were busy all day and night.. we weren’t bothered by it because we’re used to sleeping in noisy areas, but could be something others wanna consider. not sure if it’s the same noise level on floors above. i loved that the unit came with cooking oil and quite a few kitchen gadgets. the lower kitchen cabinets smell a bit humid but our stay wasn’t too long for that to bother us either. very spacious for 2 ppl. perfect for quick romantic getaways, it’s a great location near the bus terminal and equally as close to town/la veleta. the rooftop alberca is a nice alternative to the beach. other guests seemed friendly. self-check in/out always a plus, extremely easy.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay with Luwii Stays. Everything was exactly as described and the experience was smooth from start to finish. My boyfriend and I stayed for a few days, and it couldn’t have been better. The penthouse was perfect, very spacious, beautifully designed, and full of plants, which made it feel even more special. The rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful and a highlight of our stay. The location is great, and we would definitely come back when we return to Tulum. Highly recommended!

Our holiday started with a disastrous apartment, so we wanted to move. Luwii Stays responded immediately, and we moved into this wonderful apartment the same day. The apartment was very clean and superbly equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt very much at home in the apartment for the rest of our holiday. The communication was outstanding. We received a helpful reply within minutes. We highly recommend this accommodation and would book it again in a heartbeat.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location in a very safe area, close to several amenities. Taxis, a pharmacy, and quick food options are all just a 2–3 minute walk away. You’re also conveniently located between the beach strip and El Centro, so everything is reasonably close. As for the place itself, everything was nice and clean. The hot water in the showers worked well, and towels were provided. The beds were decently comfortable, and blankets were available for most of the beds. The queen bed didn’t have one initially, but you can request it, and I’m sure they’ll provide it. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something simple and comfortable to get you through a long trip in Tulum. I’ve stayed at many places, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again over most others. The hosts were also very communicative and quick to help with any issues we had.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt wirklich toll. Ein sehr großes Zimmer, blitzsauber und ein schönes Badezimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht viel genutzt, aber von außen sah sie gut ausgestattet aus und man hatte. Super schön war auch die dachterasse, wo wir Schöne Abendstunden genießen konnten. In der Gegend sind viele Restaurants, es ist recht nah zum ADO. Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung!

The place is a very good value for the accommodations and amenities. Conveniently located off the main avenue, it is approximately a 30 minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute walk to old town’s great restaurants. Lots of convenient stores, pharmacies, and other local restaurants are around the corner. The apartment and the building was very clean. There is construction around during the day, but did not disturb us as we were always at the beach. Anne, the co-host, was very helpful exceptionally quick with her responses — even on holidays/Sundays. We would definitely stay here again.

Excelente ubicación, 7 eleven 24 hrs alado jeje el lugar es hermoso, dos salas de TV, cuarto con literas excelente para solteros, dos cuartos principales con baño cada uno, medio baño en alberca para invitados x alberca de tamaño perfecto para 5 a 8 pax, lugar para desayunar sobre misma calle, estacionamiento sobre calle pero se sintió siempre seguro. 10 de 10 a este lugar.

Our friends had a great stay in Tulum at the Giada towers. This is centrally located in Aldea Zama, which is easily walkable to lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area. Short walk to rent scooters and ATVs. 10-15 min taxi to the beach. Apartment was as described. Very clean. Private rooftop pool was very clean and well maintained. Wrap around balconies on both floors were great for views of Aldea Zama.
